By accessing or using Forms Plugin ("the Plugin"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use the Plugin. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Plugin.

Forms Plugin is a Framer plugin that extends native form capabilities with advanced fields, security features, integrations, and automation tools. The Plugin is developed and maintained by FramerGeeks, a division of Saeculum Solutions.

Upon purchasing a license, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Plugin according to your plan tier: - **Basic (Free):** Single website, basic form fields only. - **Pro (Personal):** Single website, all field types, customization features, file uploads, and pro templates. For personal/non-commercial use. - **Scale (Commercial):** Unlimited websites, all features including CAPTCHA, spam protection, integrations, and commercial license. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share your license key with others. Each license is tied to the purchaser's account.

The Plugin, including its code, design, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of FramerGeeks / Saeculum Solutions. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the Plugin without prior written consent.

All purchases are one-time payments. Prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect existing purchases. All payments are processed through our authorized payment partners.

All paid plans include lifetime access to future updates. Support is provided via email and live chat. Priority support is available for Scale plan users. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours on business days.

You agree to: - Use the Plugin in compliance with all applicable laws and Framer's terms of service. - Not use the Plugin for any unlawful, harmful, or malicious purpose. - Not attempt to exploit, hack, or interfere with the Plugin's functionality. - Keep your account credentials and license key confidential.

Forms Plugin processes form submissions as configured by you. We do not store or have access to your end users' form submission data. Analytics and usage data collected by the Plugin are governed by our Privacy Policy.

Forms Plugin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Plugin. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Plugin.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Plugin at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Plugin after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
