FormsPlugin is a digital product with instant access. Because access is delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

FormsPlugin is delivered digitally and instantly. The moment your purchase completes:

• Your license key is generated and activated
• You receive full access to all paid features of your plan
• AI generation credits are provisioned to your account

Unlike physical goods, digital products cannot be "returned" once access has been granted. For this reason, all purchases are final.

This policy applies to the purchase decision, not to payment processing errors. If you were charged twice for the same order, charged an incorrect amount, or charged without completing a purchase, contact us at team@formsplugin.com with your order details and we will correct the error through LemonSqueezy, our Merchant of Record.

No refunds does not mean no help. If you run into a technical issue, our team will work with you to resolve it:

• We respond within 3 business days
• Support is available to users with an active, valid license purchased through FormsPlugin.com or the Framer Marketplace
