Integration Submission History: When you connect third-party integrations (such as Brevo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or others) to your forms, FormsPlugin logs metadata about each submission attempt to provide you with a Submission History dashboard. This log includes the submitter's email address, the connected integration name, the submission timestamp, and whether the submission succeeded or failed. This data is stored to help you monitor integration activity, diagnose delivery issues, and improve your form workflows.
This submission log data is associated with your FormsPlugin account and is not used for any purpose beyond providing this feature to you.
2.4 File Uploads
Files uploaded through FormsPlugin forms are processed and delivered via Bunny CDN. We do not access, read, or retain uploaded files beyond the time necessary to complete delivery.
