Can one site write to more than one sub-account?

Yes. The Location ID is set per component, so different forms on the same site can target different HighLevel sub-accounts.

Will tags overwrite what is already on the contact?

Yes. HighLevel replaces all of a contact's tags whenever tags are sent, so leave both Static Tags and Dynamic Tag Fields empty if you manage tags inside HighLevel. With neither set, no tags are sent at all and your existing tags are untouched.

Does it support custom fields?

Yes. Set a mapping to Custom Field and paste the field key from Settings, Custom Fields in HighLevel.

Setup Guide

Connect HighLevel in 6 steps.

In HighLevel, go to Settings, Other Settings, Private Integrations and create a token with View Contacts and Edit Contacts.

Copy your Location ID from Settings, Business Profile.

Open Forms Plugin inside your Framer project, select Integrations and insert the HighLevel component into your form.

Paste the token and Location ID into the component settings.

Map form fields to HighLevel contact fields, choosing Custom Field for your own HighLevel fields.

Publish your Framer site and submit a test entry to confirm the contact appears.
