FluentCRM Form Integration

Keep your CRM on your own WordPress site and still collect leads with a Framer form. Contacts arrive in FluentCRM the moment someone submits.

How It Works

Framer forms, straight into FluentCRM.

Forms Plugin connects your Framer forms to FluentCRM through an incoming webhook you create in WordPress. Every submission creates or updates a contact, mapped to the FluentCRM fields you choose, and routed to the lists and tags you set per form. Because FluentCRM runs on your own site, the contact data never sits with a third-party CRM vendor.

What You Get

Everything you need, built in.

Creates or updates FluentCRM contacts from form submissions
Routes each form to its own lists and tags, overriding the webhook defaults
Static tags on every submission, plus tags driven by what the visitor selects
Maps form fields to any FluentCRM contact field, including custom fields
Verifies the webhook URL the moment you paste it, without creating a contact
Common Use Cases

What teams build with this.

WordPress-hosted CRM

Run your marketing site on Framer and keep contacts, segments and email sequences in FluentCRM on your existing WordPress install.

Segmented lead capture

A single form tags leads by the interest they select, so FluentCRM automations pick up the right sequence straight away.

Double opt-in signups

Set the webhook to Pending in FluentCRM and new contacts get its confirmation email before they join your sending list.

Setup Guide

Connect FluentCRM in 6 steps.

  1. 1
In WordPress, go to FluentCRM, Settings, Incoming Webhooks and add a webhook.
  2. 2
Pick the default lists, tags and status for contacts arriving through it, then copy the webhook URL.
  3. 3
Open Forms Plugin inside your Framer project, select Integrations and insert the FluentCRM component into your form.
  4. 4
Paste the webhook URL. The canvas tells you straight away whether it is valid.
  5. 5
Map form fields to FluentCRM contact keys, and add List IDs or Tag IDs if a form needs its own routing.
  6. 6
Publish your Framer site and submit a test entry to confirm the contact appears in FluentCRM.

FAQ

Questions about FluentCRM.

No. FluentCRM uses an incoming webhook instead. You create it in WordPress and paste its URL into the component.
