Basic (Free)

The free plan is a great way to explore Forms Plugin without any commitment. You get access to:

• All Basic field types (Text Input, Email, Text Area, Number, URL, Password, Dropdown, Checkbox, Radio Buttons, Multiple Choice, Date, Time)
• A single form on a single website
• Core form building functionality

Use the free plan for personal projects or to evaluate Forms Plugin before upgrading.

Personal (Pro)

The Personal plan is designed for individual designers and developers who need more powerful forms on a single site. It includes everything in Basic, plus:

• All Advanced field types (File Upload, Phone Number, Country, Image Upload, Range Slider, Color Picker, Button Option, Rating, Promoter Score, E-Signature, Voice Recording, Audio Upload, Video Upload)
• Pro templates from the form library
• Lifetime access - pay once, use forever
• All future updates included

This is the right plan if you run your own Framer site and need advanced data collection.

Commercial (Scale)

The Commercial plan is built for professionals building forms for clients or managing multiple Framer websites. It includes everything in Personal, plus:

• Unlimited websites - deploy forms across as many Framer sites as you need
• All CAPTCHA and spam protection field types (Google reCAPTCHA, hCAPTCHA, Cloudflare Turnstile, and more)
• All templates including exclusive Scale-only designs
• Commercial license - use Forms Plugin on client projects

Discount Codes

Purchasing

Plans are purchased directly through the Forms Plugin website at formsplugin.com. After purchase, you receive a license key that you activate inside the plugin.
