1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FormsPlugin.com and the FormsPlugin plugin for Framer (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Services.

These Services are operated by FramerGeeks, a brand of Saeculum Solutions Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated under the laws of India, with its registered office at A-501, Kalp Business Park, Opp Vishala Landmark, Nr. Sahjanand Business Park, S.P. Ring Road, Nikol, Ahmedabad – 382350, Gujarat, India (“FramerGeeks,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services or make a purchase. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2. License Types and Pricing

We offer the following plans:

Basic — Free

• Single-step forms

• Basic form fields

• No credit card required

Pro (Personal) — $79 One-Time

• Multi-step forms

• Advanced fields including file uploads

• Single website license

• Lifetime access with all future updates

Scale (Commercial) — $99 One-Time

• Everything in Pro

• CAPTCHAs and spam protection

• Unlimited websites

• Commercial license

• Priority support

• Lifetime access with all future updates

All prices are in USD. Pricing is subject to change, but changes will not affect existing purchases. Promotional or launch pricing may be offered from time to time at our discretion and is subject to its own terms.

3. License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use FormsPlugin:

• Pro plan: Licensed for use on a single website only.

• Scale plan: Licensed for use on unlimited websites, including client projects (commercial use).

Important: The license is granted to you (the purchaser) only. You may not share, transfer, sublicense, or resell your license to any third party.

4. License Restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, lease, or sublicense FormsPlugin or any of its components

• Share your license key or account credentials with others

• Extract, decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code

• Use the plugin in a way that competes with or replicates FormsPlugin as a product

• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or branding

Any violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your license without a refund.

5. Account Registration

To purchase or use certain features, you must provide:

• A valid email address

• Accurate and complete information

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and license key. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

6. Payment and Delivery

Payments are processed securely through LemonSqueezy, our Merchant of Record. LemonSqueezy handles billing, invoicing, tax collection (including VAT/GST), and payment processing on our behalf.

Upon successful payment:

• Your license key is delivered immediately via email

• You gain instant access to the FormsPlugin plugin and all plan features

• A purchase confirmation and receipt is sent to your email by LemonSqueezy

7. EU Consumer Rights and Cooling-Off Period

If you are a consumer based in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive.

However, because FormsPlugin is a digital product delivered with immediate access upon purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You request immediate access to the digital content upon purchase

• You acknowledge that this means you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery begins

This waiver is presented and confirmed at the point of purchase through LemonSqueezy’s checkout process.

Notwithstanding this waiver, we still honour legitimate refund requests in accordance with our Refund Policy.

8. Updates and Support

Updates

• All paid plans include lifetime access to future updates

• Updates are delivered automatically through the Framer plugin system

• We reserve the right to discontinue updates at any time, but your existing version will continue to work

Support

• Scale plan users receive priority support

• Support is available via email at team@formsplugin.com and via live chat on our website

• We aim to respond within 2 business days

• Support covers plugin functionality and usage questions only

9. Refund Policy

As FormsPlugin is a digital product with instant access, refunds are not automatically granted. All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

10. Plugin Hosting and Platform

FormsPlugin is hosted on the Framer Marketplace and operates within the Framer platform. By using FormsPlugin, you also agree to Framer’s Terms of Service (available at framer.com/legal/terms).

Responsibilities

• FramerGeeks is responsible for the functionality and maintenance of the FormsPlugin plugin

• Framer is responsible for hosting the platform on which the plugin operates

• Users are responsible for their use of the plugin in accordance with both these Terms and Framer’s terms

Data Processing

Form submission data is processed through Framer’s built-in submission system. File uploads are processed through Bunny CDN. Users acknowledge and consent to this data flow when using the plugin.

11. Prohibited Activities

Users may not engage in activities that:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

• Infringe on intellectual property rights

• Harm the integrity or security of our Services

• Involve unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ data

• Include distribution of malicious software

• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code from our Services

12. Intellectual Property

All content, features, code, design, and functionality of FormsPlugin are owned by Saeculum Solutions Pvt Ltd (operating as FramerGeeks) and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a license grants you the right to use the plugin as described in these Terms. It does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FramerGeeks, Saeculum Solutions Pvt Ltd, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your misuse of the Services

• Your violation of any applicable law or the rights of a third party

• Content or data you submit through forms created using the plugin

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these Terms. Before termination, we will make reasonable efforts to provide you with notice via email, except in cases of severe violations (fraud, security threats, illegal activity) where immediate action is required.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Services will immediately cease

• Your license key will be deactivated

• No refund will be issued for accounts terminated due to Terms violations

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our Services are provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties, and we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

FormsPlugin is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding:

• The plugin’s uninterrupted or error-free operation

• Compatibility with all Framer versions or future platform changes

• Fitness for a particular purpose

While we strive to maintain compatibility and functionality, Framer platform updates may occasionally affect plugin behaviour. We will work to resolve such issues in future updates.

17. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters, epidemics, or pandemics

• Government actions, sanctions, or regulatory changes

• Internet or infrastructure failures

• Changes to the Framer platform that affect plugin functionality

• Third-party service outages (LemonSqueezy, Bunny CDN)

• Cyberattacks or security incidents

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you and resume performance as soon as practicable.

18. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. For material changes, we will notify you by email and/or by placing a prominent notice on our website at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page with an updated “Effective Date.”

Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using the Services.

19. Third-Party Services

FormsPlugin integrates with or relies on the following third-party services:

• Framer — plugin hosting and form submission processing

• LemonSqueezy — payment processing, billing, and tax compliance

• Bunny CDN — file upload storage and delivery

• Hiver — customer support (live chat and email)

Each third-party service is governed by its own terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the actions, services, or policies of these third parties.

20. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

For consumers in the EU/UK: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence, including the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

22. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FramerGeeks regarding your use of FormsPlugin.
