Refund Policy

FramerGeeks, a brand of Saeculum Solutions Pvt Ltd (“we,” “our,” or “us”), is committed to delivering high-quality digital products and ensuring you have a smooth and positive experience with FormsPlugin.
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are considered final. Once access has been granted, we are unable to offer automatic refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
That said, your satisfaction matters to us.
We operate a case-by-case refund policy. Refunds are not automatically granted, but we will carefully review legitimate requests where technical issues prevent you from using the product as intended.
1. Refund Request Window
All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of your original purchase date. Requests received after this 14-day window will not be eligible for consideration, except where required by applicable law.
2. When Refunds May Be Granted
We may offer a refund if:
The plugin is completely non-functional or defective — it does not work as described and cannot be fixed through reasonable troubleshooting
No support response within 3 business days — you’ve contacted our support team at team@formsplugin.com but received no response within 3 business days
Misleading product description — the product description was fundamentally misleading about core features
Documented technical incompatibility — there is a verified technical incompatibility that cannot be resolved
Refund Amount
Depending on the nature and severity of the issue:
Full refund: Granted when the plugin is completely non-functional and cannot be fixed, or when we fail to respond to your support request within the stated timeframe.
Partial refund: May be offered at our discretion when the issue is limited in scope, or when significant use of the plugin has occurred before the request.
Important: All refund requests require documentation (screenshots, error messages, project links, browser/OS details) to help us investigate the issue effectively.
3. When Refunds Will NOT Be Granted
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in the following situations:
You have changed your mind about the purchase
You no longer need the product after receiving access
The purchase was made by mistake after access was already granted
You refuse to provide our support team with necessary information to investigate your issue
License upgrades or plan changes
The plugin works as described but does not meet subjective expectations
Promotional Purchases
Purchases made at a discounted or promotional price are eligible for refund review, but refunds for promotional purchases may be partial (reflecting the discounted amount paid) at our discretion. Refund requests made during an active promotional campaign will be reviewed after the promotion ends.
4. EU and UK Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer based in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive.
However, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive, this right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium when performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you lose your right of withdrawal.
At the point of purchase, you are asked to expressly consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge the loss of the withdrawal right. This consent is captured by LemonSqueezy during the checkout process.
Notwithstanding this waiver, we still honour legitimate refund requests as described in Section 2 above. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the laws of your country of residence.
5. Important Notes
Immediate Access: Since you receive instant access to the FormsPlugin plugin upon purchase, all sales are considered final unless the conditions in Section 2 are met.
License Deactivation: If a refund is granted, your license key will be immediately deactivated. You must remove FormsPlugin from all your projects and stop using it. Continued use after refund constitutes a violation of our Terms and Conditions.
Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed through LemonSqueezy and may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Active License Requirement: Support and refund eligibility are only available to users with an active, valid license purchased directly through FormsPlugin.com or the Framer Marketplace.
6. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund based on the criteria above:
Contact us at team@formsplugin.com within 14 days of purchase
Include your order number (provided by LemonSqueezy) and the email used for purchase
Provide a detailed description of the issue
Attach screenshots, error messages, browser/OS information, or other relevant documentation
Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days. If additional information is needed, we will let you know. We aim to resolve all refund requests within 7 business days of receiving complete information.
7. Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests and/or restrict future purchases if we detect patterns of abuse, including but not limited to repeated purchases and refund requests, attempts to use the plugin after receiving a refund, or providing false information in refund requests.
