The Forms Plugin team is here to help. Whether you've found a bug, need help with setup, or have a question about your plan, here is how to reach us.

## Report a Bug or Get Help

The fastest way to get support is through the contact form:

When reporting a bug, it helps to include:

* A description of what you expected to happen
* A description of what actually happened
* The steps to reproduce the issue
* Your Framer version and operating system
* Your Forms Plugin plan (Basic, Pro, or Scale)

Email is monitored regularly. Commercial (Scale) plan users receive **priority support** and can expect faster response times.

## Priority Support

Commercial (Scale) plan users have access to priority support. When contacting us, mention that you are on the Scale plan so we can route your request accordingly.
